Payment

Natali Mour accepts Paypal, Credit cards, and Debit cards.  

Shipping

Each piece is shipped in a padded envelope via USPS First Class mail within 1-2 weeks of your order. However, we can usually get them out within a week. 

For U.S. orders: You will receive an email when your item ships out. Follow the links to find your tracking number. Please know that once the package goes out, Natali Mour is no longer responsible for the where-abouts of the package. Natali Mour has no control over the USPS and how fast they deliver a package. Most packages will arrive 2-4 days of being shipped. If your package hasn't arrived and the tracking is unclear, please call the post office with your tracking number. 

For International Orders: You will receive an email when your item ships out. If you follow the links, you will find your customs number. While the package is in the U.S., you can sometimes track the package with this number. However, once the package arrives to your country, please know that the destination country is not required to scan the customs number and your package might be un-trackable. Please realize that Natali Mour does not control the post office and once your order ships out, we are not responsible for how fast the package gets to you. We have seen international packages take anywhere from 5 days to 5 weeks to arrive to its destination. If you would like a true tracking number with your package, please make a note when making a payment in the note section. Keep in mind that International shipping with tracking is quite expensive.

Refunds and Exchanges/Store Credit

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Natali Mour will accept returns for either an exchange/store credit or a full refund within 14 days from the purchase. After 14 days from the purchase, Natali Mour will accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • All items can be returned for an exchange or store credit up to 30 days from the purchase date without any extra charges
  • All items returned for a refund after 14 days from the purchase date will be subject a $10 restocking fee and this is only up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 30 days from the purchase date.

Any items that have a quality defect as reported by the customer will be excluded from the above policies.

If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps noted below. 

  1. Email us at natalimour.info@gmail.com with your order # or receipt # and indicate the reason for your return. Please also indicate in your email if you would like a refund or an exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will respond to you in 24-48 hours with a return authorization (RA) number and address to ship the package.
  3. Please pack the items in a box and write the RA number on the outside of the package. Natali Mour is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  4. Ship your return with an insured mail service and retain your receipt.
  5. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure the returned items are in good condition and not damaged.
  6. If the inspection is passed, refunds will be processed immediately.
  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you
  • For refunds, the credit card used for the initial purchase will be refunded for the merchandise amount. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to post to your account depending on the credit card company’s processing time. In case of paying with cash in a fair, a Paypal transfer will be done.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
